How to collect your Diploma folder and certificate

For graduands attending the Graduation Ceremony
  • To ensure that all diplomas are correctly issued, the diploma folder issued on stage will not contain any document.
  • After leaving the stage, you will be ushered to a counter in the auditorium foyer to collect your diploma certificate and graduation souvenir. You may keep the diploma folder with you.
  • Please return to your seat immediately after collecting your diploma. Do not remain outside to take photographs. There will be sufficient time after the ceremony for you to take photographs with your guests.

For those who are unable to attend the Graduation Ceremony
  • If you are unable to attend the Graduation Ceremony, you may collect your diploma and transcript between 30 May and 30 June 2025 from i@Central. After 30 June 2025, please make an appointment via NYP e-Appointment at least 7 working days before collecting your certificate and transcript from i@Central.
  • Any certificates and transcripts not collected after a year from date of issuance will be discarded. You will need to submit a request for replacement certificate and academic transcript. There is an administrative fee of $21.40 and $5.35 respectively to re-issue your certificate and transcript. There will be no refund of payment once you have submitted your request.
  • Any replacement certificate not collected from i@Central will be discarded after 3 months. Replacement academic transcript will be mailed to you.
  • Graduates from the Class of 2010 onwards are strongly encouraged to access your digital certificates via OpenCerts, which have been uploaded to your Careers & Skills Passport.
  • i@Central's operating hours:

OpenCerts - Digital Certificate

NYP is part of the OpenCerts Project led by the Government Technology Agency of Singapore and SkillsFuture Singapore.

Under this initiative, graduates will receive an OpenCert (which is a digital certificate secured by blockchain technology). This will be delivered to both your NYP and personal email addresses and is in addition to the physical copy of your diploma.
