The PFP has been an enriching experience that has helped me warm up to and adjust to polytechnic life before starting my first year. My Design Foundation and Applied Arts modules allow me to explore creative ideas and stretch my capabilities. I also appreciate the sincere effort that seniors put into student activities, such as the PFP Camp. 

The PFP has significantly shaped my character and academic skills, providing valuable insights that enhanced my approach to both my studies and CCA. It offers early exposure to the content I expected to encounter in my diploma studies, fuelling my enthusiasm for learning.
 
The freedom and responsibility given to my peers and me to initiate and organise events while leading others also have helped me build essential life skills, such as leadership, communication, and collaboration.
 
NYP's PFP is a truly effective and well-rounded programme that prepares students for the future.

The PFP allowed me to engage in CCAs like the Entrepreneurship Club, where I progressed from subcommittee member to president. This experience enhanced my leadership skills and passion for entrepreneurship. Participating for three years helped me grow holistically and improve my communication abilities, leading to valuable connections with entrepreneurs and VCs that I continue to utilise in the NUS Entrepreneurship Society and beyond.
