Academic Transcript & Certificate

Notice
  • For graduates (from the year of 2024 and earlier) who did not collect the diploma certificate, you will need to submit a request for a replacement certificate. There is an administrative fee of $21.40 to re-issue a replacement certificate. There will be no refund of payment once you have submitted your request.
  • Any replacement certificates not collected after three (3) months from the date of request will be discarded.
  • Graduates from the Class of 2010 onwards are strongly encouraged to access your digital certificates via OpenCerts, which have been uploaded to MySkillsFuture SkillsPassport.    
  • Eligibility

    You can request a copy of your academic transcript anytime during your course of study and after you have graduated. The fee for each copy of transcript is S$5.35. There will be no refund of payment once you have submitted your request.

     

    How to Request and Collect?

    You may request for a copy of your academic transcript via the following methods:
     

    1. i@Central

    • You can make your request personally or authorise another person to do so on your behalf through an authorisation letter. The letter should include the authorised person’s name and identity card number. 
    • The person must produce the letter and his/her identity card for verification. 
    • You or the authorised person can collect the academic transcript at the i@Central on the day of request.

    2. Student Portal

    • If you have left NYP recently (i.e. within six months), you can make your request via the Student Portal. Payment must be made via eNETS Debit for internet banking account holders with DBS Bank, POSBank, UOB, or CitiBank.
    • NYP will send the transcript to the mailing address indicated in your online request form, within seven (7) working days of the request.

     

    3. AXS

    • You may request via the AXS stations by selecting Education > Nanyang Polytechnic to make your request for academic transcript and make the payment.
    • The AXS transaction receipt must be produced when you or the authorised person collect the transcript at i@Central.

  • Recent graduates (i.e. within six (6) months of conferment of qualification) can also make their request online at the Student Portal. The letter will be generated as a PDF file immediately.

     

    For requests beyond six (6) months of graduation, kindly contact i@Central.

  • Graduation certificates will be issued at the Graduation Ceremony. 

    If you did not attend the 2025 Graduation Ceremony, you may collect your diploma and transcript between 30 May and 30 June 2025 from i@Central. After 30 June 2025, please make an appointment via NYP e-Appointment at least 7 working days before collecting your certificate and transcript from i@Central.

    • Any certificates and transcripts not collected after a year from date of issuance will be discarded. You will need to submit a request for replacement certificate and academic transcript. There is an administrative fee of $21.40 and $5.35 respectively to re-issue your certificate and transcript. There will be no refund of payment once you have submitted your request. 
    • Any replacement certificate not collected from i@Central will be discarded after 3 months. Replacement academic transcript will be mailed to you.
    • Graduates from the Class of 2010 onwards are strongly encouraged to access your digital certificates via OpenCerts, which have been uploaded to your Careers & Skills Passport.
    • i@Central's operating hours:

          Mon to Thu:  8.30am to 5.30pm

          Fri:                    8.30am to 5.00pm

  • Eligibility

    If you are a graduate, you can request a replacement copy of your graduation certificate. The fee for each copy of the replacement certificate is $21.40. There will be no refund of payment once you have submitted your request.

     

    How to Request and Collect?

    You may request for a replacement of your graduation certificate via:

     

    1. AXS

    • You may request via the AXS stations by selecting Education > Nanyang Polytechnic to make your request for replacement of graduation certificate and make the payment.
    • You or the authorised person can collect the replacement certificate at the i@Central physically and the AXS transaction receipt must be produced during collection.

     

    2.  i@Central

    • You may make your request personally or authorise another person to do so on your behalf through an authorisation letter.
    • The letter should include the authorised person’s name and identity card number. The person must produce the letter and his/her identity card for verification.


    Collection

    • After submitting a request for replacement of your certificate and/or a copy of your transcript, please make appointment via NYP e-Appointment at least 7 working days before collecting your certificate/transcript personally from i@Central. You may authorise another person to collect your certificate/transcript on your behalf through an authorisation letter.
    • Any certificates/transcripts not collected 3 months from the date of request will be discarded.
    • Graduates from the Class of 2010 onwards are strongly encouraged to access your digital certificates via OpenCerts, which have been uploaded to MySkillsFuture SkillsPassport.

  • Modular Certificate (MC) / Post-Diploma (PDC) Certificate

    Participants who meet the assessment and attendance requirements of all the modules/competency units under each MC or PDC will be awarded the respective certification. This will be in the form of a digital certificate issued as part of the OpenCerts Project led by the Government Technology Agency of Singapore (GovTech) and SkillsFuture Singapore. Your digital certificate (will be attached as a opencert file) will be emailed to you  — which you can now easily access.

     

    For more information, please refer to OpenCerts (ssg.gov.sg). Should you require a physical copy of the cert, please request for a copy at $21.40 per copy.

     

    Full Qualification Certificate

    Participants will be awarded the Diploma/Specialist Diploma/Advanced Diploma upon successful completion of the required MCs/PDCs. The award of the Diploma/Specialist Diploma/Advanced Diploma is governed by the Polytechnic’s assessment rules and regulations. Upon successful completion of all MCs/PDCs, you will be issued with both physical and digital copies of the graduation certificate.

  • Eligibility

    If you have completed a modular/post-diploma programme, you may request a physical copy of your modular/post-diploma certificate. The fee for each copy of the replacement certificate is $21.40. There will be no refund of payment once you have submitted your request.

     

    How to request and collect?

    You may request for a physical copy of your modular/post-diploma certificate via the following methods:

     

    1.  i@Central

    • You must make your request personally or authorise another person to do so on your behalf through an authorisation letter. 
    • The letter should include the authorised person’s name and identity card number. The person must produce the letter and his/her identity card for verification.
    • You can collect your physical certificate personally at the i@Central, four working days after the day of request or authorise another person to do so on your behalf through an authorisation letter.

    2. Student Portal

    • If you are a current student or have left NYP recently (i.e. within six months), you can submit your request via the Student Portal
    • Payment for online requests must be made via eNETS Debit for internet banking account holders with DBS Bank, POSBank, UOB or CitiBank N.A.
