  • With effect from 17 Jul 2023, the following policy for withdrawals/deferments will apply for all CET courses:

  • Adult Learners of NYP CET Full Qualifications can apply loans from the bank (such as POSB or OCBC) at their respective website or branches.



     

    Please note that these loans are provided directly to the students by the bank and is a commercial loan agreement between the student and the bank.
These are subject to each bank’s loan policy, the bank’s credit scoring of the student/applicant, and their respective terms and conditions.



     

    It is advisable for learners to carefully review all terms and conditions of each bank’s loans before signing up.



     

    NYP has no influence and interest in these loan applications.

  • Semester fees are due and payable by students at the start of the semester. The fees rates payable are based on the citizenship status prevailing at that point in time, if applicable.

    For fees adjustment due to change in citizenship, please refer to the information below:

     

    When is the submission date for change in citizenship?

    BEFORE course starts

    • Is there any revision/adjustment of fees for that semester? Yes
    • Is there any revision/adjustment of fees for subsequent semester? Yes

     

    ON/AFTER course starts

    • Is there any revision/adjustment of fees for that semester? No
    • Is there any revision/adjustment of fees for subsequent semester? Yes

Other Discounts and Schemes
  • All NYP Alumni who intend to enrol in selected NYP's Public Short courses will enjoy a 10% discount on the course fee. (Terms & Conditions apply)

  • UTAP is a training benefit for self-sponsored NTUC members to defray their cost of training. This benefit is to encourage more NTUC members to go for skills upgrading.

     

    NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fee support for up to $250 each year when you sign up for courses supported under UTAP. NTUC members aged 40 and above will get increased funding support from $250 to $500. Please click here for more information.

  • WSS encourages low wage workers to undertake training that leads to more impactful employment outcomes. From 1 July 2023, the WSS scheme will be enhanced to:

    i. Allow more lower-wage workers to benefit from WSS and upskill earlier in their careers;

    ii. Encourage lower-wage workers to undertake deeper and more sustained training.
