Here’s a breakdown of your entire graduation timeline!
STEP 1
Register for graduation ceremony
07 to 18 Apr 2025
- A personalised link will be sent to your email address.
- You must RSVP by 18 Apr 2025 to join us at the graduation ceremonies.
- Each graduand may invite up to two guests to the ceremony. The e-tickets for you and your guest(s) will be sent to your preferred email address (indicated during your registration for the graduation ceremony) from 22 April 2025.
- Graduands who are conferred later than the main cohort will receive their registration email by 24 Apr 2025. Do RSVP immediately to receive your e-tickets early.
The e-registration service is managed by PICO Art International Pte Ltd and Searix Solutions International Pte Ltd on behalf of Nanyang Polytechnic.
STEP 2
Order your graduation attire
07 to 29 Apr 2025
- To rent or purchase your graduation attire, please visit the gown supplier Beau Voix’s website at www.beauvoix.com.sg
- Please note that the option to request for home delivery is only available from 07 to 20 Apr 2025.
STEP 3
Return all outstanding NYP property and pay fees
By 12 Apr 2025
- Return all outstanding NYP property, including library books, sports and lab equipment.
- Pay all fees, including library fines and tuition fees.
If you are unable to return all outstanding NYP property and make payment for all outstanding fees by the deadline, you will be unable to collect your diploma certificate at your graduation ceremony.
STEP 4
Attend your graduation ceremony!

Retrieve your OpenCerts
31 May 2025
Your OpenCerts will be sent to your NYP and personal email address by 31 May 2025.
