A net bag attached to the seahorse’s tail symbolised the dangers of discarded fishing nets to marine life, while also promoting sustainability through upcycling. Her striking message on environmental conservation and marine protection left a lasting impression. As a testament to her exceptional work, Victoria's display will be featured in the WorldSkills Museum in Shanghai.

Goh Jia Hui
Silver Award in 3D Digital Game Art

Jia Hui was tasked with designing a futuristic food van, complete with an octopus chef. She brought this concept to life using Unreal Engine, a powerful real-time 3D creation tool, and developed a driving system that allowed players to race the van against an AI-controlled opponent. Her innovative and technical skills earned her a well-deserved Silver Award.

Kai Ho
Medallion of Excellence in Digital Construction

Kai Ho achieved a historic milestone by winning Singapore’s first-ever Medal of Excellence in Digital Construction at WorldSkills 2024. Competing against a highly skilled field, including semi-professionals, Kai's dedication and expertise were evident. This achievement marks Singapore's second entry in this category since 2021 and is a significant accomplishment for both Kai and the nation.
