Can I apply?
You are eligible under JPAE if you:
- Hold a relevant Higher Nitec, Industrial Technician Certificate (ITC) or Certificate in Business Studies (CBS).
- Hold a relevant Nitec or National Technical Certificates (NTC) Grade 2.
- Are a graduating Higher Nitec student in your semester, including those from the Direct-Entry-Scheme to Polytechnic Programme (DPP).
- Are a graduating Nitec student in your final semester.

How do I apply?
Apply online
Application period: 19 Feb to 23 Feb 2024
Submit your application through the JPAE Online Application System.
Application outcome
Log in to the JPAE Online Application System in early Apr to check your application status.
You will receive NYP enrolment notifications via SMS and email by mid Apr if you have been successfully posted to NYP. You will need to log in to the NYP e-enrolment system to accept the course offer and complete the enrolment process. Check out the academic calendar on course commencement date.
