COI-EIoT supports SMEs to step-up and transform their business through technology advancement and capabilities development, empowering SMEs to grow and move up the value chain with a focus on higher-value product/service innovation in key growth areas.

In addition, COI-EIoT brings together SMEs, MNCs and Government Agencies to expand on and forge stronger co-innovation partnerships. Exchange platforms such as industry-technology matching events, regular thematic networking sessions and enterprise exchange forums organised by COI-EIoT are also platforms which SMEs can leverage on in their innovation pursuit.

IP Translation

COI-EIoT stands ready to support SMEs in identifying IPs, in addition to those from NYP, with market potentials to be further researched and developed, and/or translated into practical, market-ready forms for companies to adopt in their product/system/process innovations. COI-EIoT also works closely with IPI and other research institutions to gain greater access to IP pools.
