Course objectives
This course will help participants understand the different stages of a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) as well as a Skills Gap Analysis. Participants will learn how to communicate and engage with different stakeholders in order to conduct and design an appropriate gap analysis. This course is suitable for both face-to-face training and synchronous e-learning.
Course description
The course covers the following :- Recognize the relationship between TNA and Skills Gap Analysis - Identify the steps to conduct a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and Skills Gap Analysis- Gather data for TNA and Skills Gap Analysis- Identify the skills and competencies required in job roles- Identify skills gaps and recommend appropriate learning interventions and development action plans to close the gaps- Ways to evaluate the effectiveness of learning solutions for continuous improvement
