Course objectives
This course is designed for individuals who are above 50 and wants to improve their knowledge in Basic Nutrition.
Through lectures and interactive activities, common nutrition myths will be debunked, and they will be given the opportunity to explore and learn nutrition label reading. This will equip the participants with knowledge to choose nutritious food in everyday life.
Course description
Apply basic nutrition knowledge in choosing healthier food and meal planning. Able to interpret basic nutrition information in food label. Reorganize common nutrition myth.
