Course description
Through this course, learners will be equipped with the competency to:1. Evaluate worldwide sourcing decisions in assessing the benefits and challenges faced by a firm.2. Conduct supplier evaluation and selection using key principles and established criteria for sourcing. 3. Conduct supply base optimization using results from supplier performance measurement.4. Evaluate the importance of sustainability and its values when they are applied in the sourcing functions of a firm.
