Course objectives
This 1-day course is designed to provide learners with a comprehensive understanding of the various components of making eclairs - a French choux pastry with various filling and glacings. At the end of this course, learners will be able to assemble a tantalizing assortment of elcairs:Cook and prepare the choux batter to its right consistencyControl and adjust baking temperature for chouxMake the different fillings for eclairsMake the different glazes for eclairs Assemble and coat the assorted eclairs efficientlyProduce bakery products following Workplace Safety and Health requirements in accordance with industry practice.
