Bagel and Brioche DelightsIn this one-day programme, participants will be introduced to the basic techniques of bread making. You will also get insights to the ingredients and tools specific for bread making as well as obtain a good understanding on how rich breads are prepared with hands on practice. Course description
Making bread has always been a cross between art and science. In this one day programme, participants will learn and make their very own Brioche and Bagel breads. While they are in the same category, their preparation methods and process are very different! Brioche is a French bread made with an enriched dough from eggs and butter, while Bagel bread is made from yeasted wheat dough and boiled before baking, giving them a dense and chewy texture. Learn from our Chef on how to make a delicate Brioche and a perfectly chewy Bagel.
