Course description
The Specialist Diploma in Nutrition Science course aims to equip the food and nutrition professionals with the in-depth knowledge and skills in nutrition research methods, nutrition analysis, community nutrition & communication, as well as food labelling and requirements. The skills and attributes will allow them to contribute effectively in nutrition research & food product development, applied nutrition & food marketing in food industry, and public health promotion.
Target audiences
Target participants are to have minimum a diploma or equivalent in a related field, ie. food science, nutrition science or life sciences; with at least 6 months of relevant working experience in food or nutrition related field.
