About internships

We look forward to work with your company in providing local and overseas internships to NYP’s community of eager and skilled learners. This is also an ideal opportunity for organisations to scout talent for long-term employment.

• Interns profile: NYP interns are final-year students, well-trained in their respective fields.
• Duration: Depending on the diploma course, the duration of the internship varies from 12 to 24 weeks, usually from March to October.
• Allowance: The recommended baseline monthly allowance differs among diplomas and sectors. The allowance is mutually agreed upon through discussions between companies and internship coordinators.

Funding

If your company is seeking to expand and build a strong talent pipeline, you could qualify for funding under the Global Ready Talent Programme. Helmed by Enterprise Singapore (ESG), the programme offers Singapore companies up to 70% funding support on the monthly internship allowance.
