Course objectives

The course aims to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to support the food sector. It allows participants to gain valuable work experience and reinforce classroom learning.

Course description

The programme consists of modules that lead to a full qualification, totaling 900 hours (180 hours per module). For academic CET participants (i.e., those who are non-WSCert participants), in lieu of projects done during the OJT phase, they will need to complete case study-type in-institution projects.
