Course description

This course aims to introduce the concepts and business applications of HR analytics, systems and reporting. Participants will learn about the nature of HR Analytics, its uses and its limitations. Drawing on selected examples from the HR cycle, participants will apply analytics process models and tools to track, analyse and interpret HR data to improve decision making.

With over a decade of experience in data science, Al, and business strategy, Lee Gang specializes in turning complex data into actionable insights and creating scalable Al solutions that drives business growth. His journey has been rooted in solving real-world problems, from optimizing healthcare systems to developing Al-driven HR talent management platforms.

He holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from NUS and conducts HR Analytics training as an adjunct faculty in Nanyang Polytechnic.
