Additive Manufacturing
Additive Manufacturing constitutes part of the expertise of NYP’s School of Engineering.
The Additive Manufacturing Innovation Centre (AMIC) is a Centre of Excellence for Additive Manufacturing Technology & Design Innovations set-up jointly by EDB and NYP and located at Nanyang Polytechnic. The strategic intents of AMIC is to support the national AM initiatives to drive greater industry AM adoption and develop core capabilities in Design for AM optimisation & process innovation, besides supporting the needs of NYP’s PET and CET programmes.
It also provides co-creation, collaboration and project incubation services for industry and conducts regular sharing sessions, clinics, and more.
Centre for Digital & Precision Engineering (CDPE)
The Centre for Digital & Precision Engineering (CDPE) supports the developmental and technological needs of the local Precision Engineering (PE) industry.

NYP-Starhub Application & Experience Centre for 5G (APEX 5G)
The NYP-StarHub APEX is an all-in-one facility for training talent, industry co-development, and testing of new use cases. Powering the proof-of-concepts at the Centre is StarHub’s 5G SA commercial network running on 3.5GHz Sub6 and MMWave.
