NYP Centre for Connected Care

Integrated centre equipped with features and applications which are based on the needs of the elderly, persons with dementia and their families; showcasing an elderly- and dementia-inclusive built environment and applications, harnessing technology and telemedicine advances to pave the way for new and innovative strategies/solutions to connect and deliver integrated health and social care across settings.

Supported by 14 multidisciplinary partners with fully, functional solutions - ranging from companies that design toys and activities for the elderly with dementia to those that provide digital infrastructure and smart technology.

NYP-HiMSS Centre of Excellence (Healthcare IT)

A living, breathing, innovative and demonstrable lab with 12 associated vendor sponsorships to deliver and present an integrated healthcare IT ecosystem comprising innovative systems and latest healthcare IT solutions such as electronic medical record systems, wireless vital signs monitoring and close loop medication management system that are utilized in many hospitals in Singapore.
